The head chef, since 2008 managing the kitchens of ZPR S.A., Orbis Casino and the kitchen in the Primate’s Palace.
He started his culinary adventure with witching his mother as she was preparing dishes. He created his first recipes at home already as a teenager. Education in a catering school allowed him to continue his passion and strive to convert it into a profession. He gained professional experience in reputable restaurants in Italy, France and in the United States. When he returned to Poland he worked in the kitchens of the hotel Bristol, the Italian restaurant Marconi, Villa Foksal, and the restaurant Zachęta.
